Notice the bad grammar used by the person who filled out the petition? That speaks much about their level of mentality and knowledge.

@Fahrenheit451. They reminded me of someone with a six grade or form of education. It is possible that they could have been younger, and believe what their current teacher is spieling. Their grammar seemed childish. The more I think on it, they may not have reached that level of education, as my grammar was much better than that between the ages of eleven and twelve. Of course, that was back in 1976-77, when a student was taught proper English.
