It was found that JB was having large groups of them placed onto buses at the border, and shuttled to certain cities in the red states. If enough votes to split certain areas, and increase the numbers of MPs or Congressmen, it can be done. That would, of course, give a certain party a stranglehold on either the UK Parliament or the US Congress.
