I think that people within nations other than the US, when on YT, think that they have the same rights that are protected by law as do those in the US, and they get themselves in trouble. Even in the US, if you go too far, there are obscure laws they will use to silence you. That is why you see leaks and the use of "anonymous" as the source in the press, though the other reason is that someone in the press fabricated it.
