  1. Except, those older movies did portray the criminal element as it was in the sixties and seventies. Roger Moore's first Bond appearance was about Mr. Big, a drug trafficker from the Caribbean to the black community. Back then, Harlem was the number one distribution point, and it did have ties to New Orleans, etc. Of course, the movie was labeled as anti-black.
