  1. In my area in the US, and I live just across the muddy Ohio from one of WVa's largest cities, most everything still shuts down on the sabbath. About the only thing you can find open are the large supermarkets/superstores and the pharmacies. No banks, no shops, forget that, unless you want to go to the mall, which I highly despise. Things, here, are pretty much dead for a day. I, like you, have no problem with immigration when it's done legally. I have nothing for people that sets out to openly violate the law and enter. If they'll violate it there, then they'll violate it again.
