Stating the above, I think a nation should be able to censor articles from other nations, which is generally propaganda being aimed at them, but not from newspapers from within. We have a case right now, where Texas banned TikTok, but that doesn't fly in the face of the 1st Amendment, since it is foreign owned. The 1st Amendment only applies to the Federal Gov censoring speech and news within the US, and only applies to US organizations. It would be similar with a state constitution too.
