  1. There's a history about when the "Black Hand" racket came to the US, which is extortion, and it was brought in by a newly arriving ethnic group. It wasn't seen before this time, and you'll find peculiar crimes popping up with peculiar ethnicities.

  2.  @Juan-os4hs  Oh, I'm sure. We'll see crimes that are peculiar to Mexico and Central and South America that we've never witnessed before. Really, we're already seeing them. The UK will see the same thing occur as well.
