  1. It's called reverse discrimination, and it's in the very nations that supposedly do not discriminate. It flies in the face of equal and blind justice. In the US, I believe it to be unconstitutional as well.

  2. I've said it several times, that in the US, the legislation that was passed for this flies in the face of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. It creates unequal justice for some, over race and sexual identity, when identical crimes are committed.
