  1. The word, race, was first used to denote the differences in people by language, and thus, different ethnic groups. Nobody ever denied that we were all from the same human branch if you go back far enough. However, to deny that there are differences is a very dangerous thing to do, because it would blind science to the inherent group differences of the body, and certain diseases that each ethnic group can specifically contract, which others do not.
