  1. It's not England as much, but London causing it. That is where the heart of socialism has always resided, much like NYC in the states. Think of Corbyn and the idiots that follow him, as he's like Sanders in the US. Also, there's the "third way" lot run by Blair and his ilk. That is socialism similar to what is in China with "state capitalism." The socialists see national borders the same as enclosing the commons, which is where proto-socialism started in England. Globalism, after all, is nothing but Trotskyism (international socialism) hidden as something else. The Trotskyites tried to change their look during the sixties and seventies, and started ridiculing Marx, because they knew his ideas had failed, only to take up Maoism.
