I've viewed many videos lately of a certain ethnicity's culture, and from what I can gather from them, when it comes to things like this, they simply do not care, thus, they don't try. That is how they live their life. I think it will also show up with those that are mixed and Latino as well because they all live the "slow life." That is drummed into them from birth, and once you visit "south of the border" or the Caribbean, you witness it everywhere (some places more than others). In Africa, it is the same.
