I am hopeful that all of this government overreach and centralization, which is occurring across the entirety of the west, will be flipped upon its head before this is over, as it takes the consent of the public to be governed as well. In the US, it has already brought mutterings of secession by several state officials and groups, as a group of the largest states (flyover country) have joined together to keep this current administration tied up within the courts, where the states are winning. There might be the possibility of actually de-Lincolnizing what became an ever increasing authoritarian nationalist or federalist Republic after 1865, before 2065, and I hope that spreads to the rest of the west. If that occurred, the only people that would be harmed are the wealthy bankers, and several nationalist CEOs.
