  1. And rightly so! Ask yourself why they are doing this, and who are they trying to appease. It's happening in the US as well. Is there a continent that contains a great amount of mineral wealth, especially rare earth metals, which the US and UK would love to exploit in the future in order to supply a new green industrial revolution? Does this continent need new infrastructure installed (dams/power grid, ports, roads, and railroads, etc), before that can occur? What would a redistribution of wealth be used for, and why? How would these governments brainwash their population into becoming willing to do this? Think Congo, etc.
