One needs to ask, why are they doing it, and who does it benefit? The answer is simple, really; they're doing it to benefit the most wealthy among us and their international corporations. That is what's behind the “world citizen” scheme, and it's what's behind decolonization. Its beginning started just after the end of the Great War with the League of Nations, and later, with the UN.
