  1. The "salad bowl" started in NYC, where wealthy internationalists do not call themselves a citizen of the US, but a "world citizen." Most all of this ideology originates from within the UN, as they fully intend on destroying the Westphalian system, and national identity in the name of stopping war. In reality, it's all about making it easier to exploit other nations and people who go along with it. The wealthy internationalists lead a sad life, where they really have no friends, and they have no permanent residence. Many live in one five star hotel after another, and have several homes around the world, where they may live for one week per year. Some end up living in Monte Carlo, in a small apartment, to avoid paying taxes, and their neighbors are just like them. There was a documentary on this very thing, and the problem is, they want to force everyone to become just like them, less the wealth. They care nothing for the differing cultures, and wish to change them into one culture, and by force if necessary. All I can say to the other nations is, be very careful of those from the US bearing gifts, and especially those from the UN, or you may well lose your culture, nation, and government as well.
