Worse, are the think tanks and influence groups, as well as the treaties that have been signed by crackpots in the past. War and turmoil are caused by two things, international trade, and the profits feeding large corporations, which the two governments protect with armed force. My best advise is to take advantage of history, and use what happened to Captain Charles Boycott to circumvent the trouble makers before war and strife begins.
