Well, he has grounds to sue the shite out of DisruptJ20. There are many damages that I can foresee him being able to ask for, from the assault. Hospital bills, mental and physical suffering, loss of business, the cost of the limo, and many more. I would say that he could collect several million from this group. If he can identify those who attacked him, then there is assault and battery with a weapon, a felony, which is a huge fine for each, with jail time on top of everything else. Oh yes, he has them by the nads.

I'll bet this poll has the rainbow flag waving, Marxist moron and chief, Jerry Brown, soiling his thong. I'll guarantee that it will take cutting off the cities funding, to get the citizens to turn on the leftists and vote them out. The best thing that the Californians could do, is investigate those like Brown and the ones in the legislature, for dirt, then expose them. It needs to be something criminal, as I'll guarantee that they have skeletons in their closet. You need to completely humiliate them with exposure, along with the California Democrat Party and Communist front groups, in order to rile up the voters and change their minds. I would look into any prostitution, sex trafficking, and pedophilia scandals occurring around LA, San Diego, San Francisco, or Sacramento, and see whose names pop up.

PETER JOHN BRANDAL: You're not one of the dim ones, as you saw it for what it was, as many never will. When I was just starting college, in the early 80s, I thought that I was a Democrat, the party of Jefferson, until I found out what had happened to the Democrats in the 1940s, and saw the Students for a Democratic Society, a communist front group, on campus, who were indoctrinating people. I then found out that the party had slowly been taken over, and that people such as Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan had been right. I looked at Joe McCarthy in a whole new light, after I read the Venona files.
When you find out how the communists have been controlling several of the unions, who control the Democrats, and study the background of many of the Democrats, it's hard to deny the facts. Anyhow, after I learned the truth, I changed parties, and cast my vote in 84, for Reagan. That was also the last year that the Communist Party USA ran a candidate, but they strictly supported the Democrats afterwards. Funnily enough, Angela Davis, who had ran for VP with Guss Hall in 84, on the CPUSA ticket, has been speaking at many of the feminist and ANTIFA rallies. She's also friends with both Pelosi and Waters, the ones behind the impeach Trump malarkey.

Liz, they're not new communists, they've been in bed with the communists since the 1940s. Henry Wallace, the VP under FDR, was found to be one, along with the Sect. of Treasury I believe, according to the FBI. That is why the DNC removed Wallace from the ticket during the 1944 election, and replaced him with Truman. It is also one of the primary reasons why the Dixiecrats were formed, and why they didn't go back into the Democratic Party. The Progressive Party was taken over by the California Communist Party, which Wallace ran against Truman under, in 1948, according to the FBI. Ronald Reagan left the Democrats over the same reason, and he admitted that in a letter to Richard Nixon.

Yes, and you will notice that this fictional Muslim lady is holding the torch like a weapon, which she is ready to swing. You see, when the right wanted the Ten Commandments shown, the left couldn't have that, but when the shoe is placed on the other foot, the Democrats always find an excuse. I say, let him keep it, as this gives the right more claim to have what they want, such as the Ten Commandments shown in our courts. This clearly religious-toned painting, in a public office, can be brought up, if the left complains.

David, that is how these leftist Marxists try to brainwash (thought reform) the masses, by claiming that everyone else are racists, bigots, misogynists, xenophobes, and the list goes on. They think that if they keep repeating it enough, then we will believe it and repent, and once we do, we will accept their Communist ideology. A psychiatrist by the name of Lifton, wrote a book about how he examined POWs from North Korea and cases from Vietnam, to see how Communist China brainwashed them. It is a well written book, and everything the left is now doing, can be found within its pages, along with Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals, a Communist publication. That is what the left and the MSM are now trying to pull off.

Kacie Anderson: There is also the fact, that a separation of church and state can be found nowhere in our Constitution, nor within the Bill of Rights. The Supreme Court cited a letter, by Jefferson, to the Danbury Baptists, but Jefferson had no part in writing the 1st Amendment. Madison's original words, were a ban on state religion, but not the removal of religion from the people making up our government, nor removing religion from within the government itself. We know this, because oaths are sworn upon the bible, and there has always been a prayer, led by a chaplain, in congress, since that time.
I say, let him have it, as this gives the right a weapon to use against the left, supporting the Ten Commandments being placed in the courts. That is the ancient moral laws, written by kings, which is older than the Jews, no matter the claims of their origin within the Bible.
Madison's original words:
"The civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship, nor shall any national religion be established, nor shall the full and equal rights of conscience be in any manner, or on any pretext, infringed. The people shall not be deprived or abridged of their right to speak, to write, or to publish their sentiments; and the freedom of the press, as one of the great bulwarks of liberty, shall be inviolable. The people shall not be restrained from peaceably assembling and consulting for their common good; nor from applying to the Legislature by petitions, or remonstrances, for redress of their grievances."

@morgothofkrynn656 It's according to which circuit the case falls in, and how the judges are stacked. The Ninth Circuit causes the most problems, and has the most left-wing (activist) judges. Many hoped it would be broken up into several smaller circuits under President Trump, but it never occurred.
It's where California will push cases protecting DACA.
"In November 2014, President Obama announced his intention to expand DACA to cover additional undocumented immigrants. Multiple states immediately sued to prevent the expansion, which was ultimately blocked by an evenly divided Supreme Court. Under President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security rescinded the expansion in June 2017, while it continued to review the existence of DACA as a whole. In September 2017, the Trump Administration announced a plan to phase out DACA, triggering multiple lawsuits challenging this action. The government deferred implementation of this plan for six months to allow Congress time to pass the DREAM Act or some other legislative protection for undocumented immigrants. Congress failed to act and the time extension expired on March 5, 2018, but three separate district courts ordered an injunction preventing the phase-out of the DACA by this date, on the likelihood that the rescinding was arbitrary and capricious under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). Separately, district court judge Andrew Hanen of the Southern District of Texas ruled that DACA is likely unconstitutional, but he let the program remain in place as litigation proceeds."__Wikipedia on DACA

@gayleearnhart8597 We've had them appointed by presidents from both parties, and the reason is the progressives (New Right, and New Left). The GOP lost the Old Right conservative control with the 1952 election, and never came close to gaining it back until Trump.
What the New Right and Left politicos were fighting with Trump, was trying to stop the Old Right from coming back. The Old Right created America First, an activist group, in the 1930s, which is where Trump obtained the idea. He wanted to reform the GOP back to the Old Right, and he's still working on it.
Look up the politics of Robert A Taft. He was the last to lead the Old Right conservatives.
"Robert Alphonso Taft Sr. (September 8, 1889 – July 31, 1953) was an American conservative politician, lawyer, and scion of the Republican Party's Taft family. Taft represented Ohio in the United States Senate, briefly served as Senate Majority Leader, and was a leader of the conservative coalition of Republicans and conservative Democrats who prevented expansion of the New Deal. Often referred to as "Mr. Republican", he cosponsored the Taft–Hartley Act of 1947, which banned closed shops, created the concept of right-to-work states and regulated other labor practices... He also emerged as a prominent non-interventionist and opposed U.S. involvement into World War II prior to the 1941 Japanese Attack on Pearl Harbor. "

Well, Brazile proves that she is the brain dead buffalo that Hillary said she was. Russian, Chinese, and many other countries intel agencies probe the servers of every US agency daily. The US does the same to them, which Obama, Hillary, nor Brazile will admit to. The thing is, where is their proof? Show us the proof that the Russian government hacked their servers, gained access, downloaded all those e-mails, and handed them over to Wikileaks. Show us an IP traceroute that follows someone who gained access back to the Kremlin. Show us proof, of the Kremlin handing those files over to Wikileaks.

One can't really count minorities, such as those of different race, since they traditionally buy them anyhow, especially the Black and Hispanic community. However, the gays and the snowflake gun grabber liberals will end up shooting themselves, as they sure as hell do not have enough sense to handle a weapon. Maybe they intend on doing us all a favor, and just end it all? That, or they wont own them for long, as the first time the authorities offer another gun turn in, it will play on their Marxist indoctrinated two brain cell mind, where they will forget themselves, and happily turn them over. Their liberal guilt will eat them alive.

@darrenweston1618 Oh yes, that's when the committee raked poor Richard Helms over the coals, who was only following orders, and finally, he admitted that all of it was controlled by the president, via his orders, and that he must sign off on the ops. Since JFK and Johnson were two of theirs, there wasn't anything that they could say. Both used the same ops, and both tried to have Castro killed, and his movement stopped.
The Ds used the uproar about Watergate, to press this, as Watergate was tied to these very ops. The WH Plumbers came from these operations. GHW Bush did as well.
The Ds cut off the funding, and that led to the two agencies having to use other methods of financing the ops, which they were ordered to do. Remember Iran-Contra later on? That was also a part of it.
It was the Ds, mainly, being targeted by these ops. G Gordon Liddy, in his book, admitted that they ran a blackmail operation, from a "houseboat" in Miami, to control the radical, and perverted, Ds. There were some Rs entrapped, as well. They also used blackmail on those who had hidden money away, in certain banks, especially offshore, to dodge tax.
Essentially, both agencies teeth were pulled, in the end, because some of what they did was illegal. The Patriot Act legalized the wiretapping, etc, later on.
I read a legal analysis of this, and much of what they did, according to these attorneys, was legal at the time.

No, Kacie, the 1st Amendment does not imply it, it never did. The justices implied it, and used Jefferson's letter, and his opinion, later on, for the case, instead of citing Madison's original intent. Jefferson was a deist, who didn't have the same beliefs as the others. It was Jefferson's interpretation, not that of the amendment's author, James Madison. If they had meant a strict wall of separation, then they would have dropped any use of the bible, the congressional prayer, and any mention of the Ten Commandments, after it was passed, which they didn't do. This argument has been ongoing since 1879, with those on the right, especially the religious, decrying what the court ruled.
The 1879 ruling was over bigamy and polygamy, where the court claimed that the Mormon's religious rights did not prevail. "The court considered that if polygamy was allowed, someone might eventually argue that human sacrifice was a necessary part of their religion, and "to permit this would be to make the professed doctrines of religious belief superior to the law of the land, and in effect to permit every citizen to become a law unto himself."" They concluded this, even though the final condensed version of the 1st amendment states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, _or prohibiting the free exercise thereof_." "The Court believed [by using Jefferson] the First Amendment forbade Congress from legislating against opinion, but allowed it to legislate against action." However, not long back, the courts ruled that certain religions could use Peyote in religious ritual, as a religious right, which is also against the law otherwise. Federal law allows it now, but Oregon resisted it. There is also the 1993 Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which flies in the face of the 1879 judgement.
"Congress passed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) in 1993, which required the application of strict scrutiny. In response to the Supreme Court's 1997 ruling in City of Boerne v. Flores, which declared the RFRA unconstitutional as applied to the states, Congress passed the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) in 2000, which grants special privileges to religious landowners and prisoners." Also, "in 1997, the United States Supreme Court held the RFRA to be unconstitutional as applied to state and local governments, in City of Boerne v. Flores, 521 U.S. 507. Unlike the RFRA, which required religious accommodation in virtually all spheres of life, RLUIPA only applies to prisoner and land use cases," and, "in response to City of Boerne v. Flores and other related RFR issues, twenty individual states have passed State Religious Freedom Restoration Acts that apply to state governments and local municipalities."
After the above, Oregon changed their law on Peyote.
Thus, it is still an ongoing battle, as in 2014, "U.S. District Court Judge Clark Waddoups said that the state [Utah] could keep the ban, [on polygamy] but would not be allowed to arrest people who violate it by living together in common-law marriage situations. This week Waddoups followed that decision with a ruling that the state had violated the religious, free speech, and due process rights of the plaintiffs. The state also owes them court fees, said Waddoups." However, in 2016, "a three-judge federal appeals court panel on Monday handed a setback to the burgeoning polyamorous rights movement, reversing a lower court ruling that decriminalized polygamous cohabitation in Utah."
Whether the Brown family will take this on to the Supreme Court is unknown. Utah is resisting arresting anyone practicing polygamy, because it will certainly open up a can of worms if they do. It also depends on how the Supreme Court is stacked, as that 1879 ruling may be overturned, though what they would do about human sacrifice and marrying underage, which is what this is really about, I have no idea. In reality, a new amendment needs to be passed, which bans ritual murder or sexual abuse in religion, but leaves the rest alone. I do not see polygamy with those of legal age as sexual abuse, since both parties are willing. Underage sex or marriage and murder, I do. In reality, there is a split on the opinion of the 1879 ruling, between left and right.

The leftist imbeciles are crowing, but what will they say when Obamacare implodes within the year? It will most definitely do this, as the more insurance companies pull out, and the more rates rise, and the remaining insurance companies go bankrupt, where the people will not have it. They can blame the left and the Neocons then. The best thing would have been to completely repeal it, and allow private insurance to run again, but no, the left is hell bent on destroying this nation, and making it a socialist state. Which branch of socialism do you think they follow; Communism (USSR), National Socialist (Nazi), or both? The Democratic Party has sympathizers in both branches, and they run the party. These same anti-Semitic people run the EU and the UN. Did you wonder why the US Ambassador just walked out on the UN about human rights? Did you ever wonder why the radical Muslims are getting their way in the UN? The National Socialists have been in bed with them since just after 1919.

Many Republicans have known about McCain's true colors, since not long after he came back from Vietnam. His father, an Admiral, had a political career already planned for his son. Many believe, that McCain was willingly captured, so that he wouldn't have to fight, and that he willingly capitulated to the Vietcong, for an easy go of it. He made countless radio broadcasts, denigrating the US and the armed forces, while praising the Vietcong. It was also told, by other POWs, that he was offered early release, which he refused, and stated that it was because it would hurt his political career. McCain is as two-faced and yellow as they come, and he is nothing but a Democrat and a cultural Marxist, hiding in the GOP. That cancer is karma.

The funny think that lying Jill is leaving out, is that nobody In Pennsylvania sued for a recount, she did, and she is not from the state. Why is Jill's brain scrambled? "In 1973, Stein graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, where she studied psychology, sociology, and anthropology." That should state it all, especially the sociology class, and that she was from Chicago, one of the most Marxist/Communist areas in the US. She was raised a Jew, but now claims to be agnostic, just like a good little Marxist. The woman is the boil on the boil, on the anus of humanity.

I wonder if the ignorant buffoon knows that he just admitted to breaking the law? According to the Immigration act, he is, by not reporting his relatives, concealing them.

I told you so. Did the left actually think that the GOP would allow them to go after Trump with a pack of lies? The headhunt is coming, and the GOP will make sure that the leftist hunt is ten times worse. If I were Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, John McCain, Al Green, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Obama and the Clintons, I would be looking at high-tailing it out of the country. I'll bet that Putin would give them shelter and, accept them with open arms. He does have that nice little resort town just outside of Moscow, Barvikha, where all those international criminals reside.

Have you noticed how the MSM immediately started calling Bibi a liar, and how Iran immediately started saying the same thing? Iran is lying, and one can see it, if they would use Google Earth and look at the ports around their coast, from Iraq to Pakistan. You'll find the truth. A nuclear reactor, an underground sub base, and two large subs (as large as US nuclear subs), sitting in the water, on top of fifteen mini-subs. Those other plants, which are inland and under/aboveground can be found in Iran too. Syria is also working with Iran and has an underground plant. NK has asked for US protection, as they are now washing their hands of Iran. Guess what EU countries were working with Iran?

It's not so much about how much is spent, but what they spent it on, such as investigating things outside the four corners of the directive or order to investigate Russian involvement. If they spent money for things, such as looking at peoples finances, etc, who had no ties to the alleged Russian involvement, or into things other than what is within the directive, which they were not ordered to do, then that is fraud. Mueller, et al, better hope that they can account for every penny, and that it was spent only on investigating Russian involvement in the election.

That first moron, with the do-rag, is going to have a bad way to go, once they get him outside, as the Huntington PD, or the state, do not let you get by with resisting. He'll be making an appearance at St. Mary's ER, to cure his many contusions, and I'll say that he's sitting at the Cabell regional about now, in a cell, nursing his wounds. They should have just stunned the idiot, and been done with it, but then, they would have had to carry his communist fat arse out. I hope they cut off his welfare check.
Yes, the left are getting desperate, when those like Justice start jumping the fence. I notice that he tried to use Reagan's line, that the Democrats had left him. This is WV, which is traditionally Democrat, but who carried Trump. Shelly Moore-Capito will be looking for a new job, as she voted for Obamacare with McCain. Joe Manchin will have a hard time of it too, in a state that is not voting Democrat. He also didn't support the NRA.

NK has always been in China's pocket, after the Japanese left in WWII. China wants the entire peninsula, which was what the whole Korean War was all about. First, China installed communism in the north, and it was supposed to spread south, where China would then take the entire peninsula, once it was entirely communist. China has its sights, still set, on all of the south Asian countries, all the way to India. It's just not made its move yet, but they're fighting with India now, over the land to the east of Bhutan. There's also still the standoff in Kashmir. In reality, that is what all of this is about.

The US has never attacked first, and it will not now. The Constitution only provides a military for the common defense. That is not to say that there could be another Gulf of Tonkin incident, which will trigger it. Also, Kim ought to worry about being classified as a terrorist. If he is, then overt operations can be performed to silence him permanently. The US government relaxed Reagan's executive order on wet jobs, in the 90s, due to terrorists, or Trump can repeal section 2.11 of the executive order all together, if he wants, as it isn't a law. Kim is playing with a can of worms, which he does not want to open.

Russia states that stopping the DPRK, must only be done by peaceful means, but they didn't care one whit to kill thousands in Afghanistan or with Syria to stop an oil pipeline into Europe, and to support their puppet in Assad. They sure don't care about their continued support of Hamas and the PLO, or Iran's missile ambitions, either. I also find it funny, that the DPRK's missile technology, especially their transportation vehicles, looks awfully similar to those of Russia. Plus, someone gave the DPRK the knowledge to build submarines, which can launch missiles. There is no way that the US can support that, when we're still officially at war with the DPRK.

LOL! This is how Marx envisioned socialism/communism to work, and this is how all socialist leaders and commissars live. Marx would have been in Kim's place, while the proletariat starved. Socialists claim that the populous are equal, and to make them that way, under Socialism, everybody is made poor, with their private property stripped away, while those running the government, the supreme leader and the commissars, have the land and riches. It is nothing but rebranded feudalism, where the proletariat becomes the slaves.
You see this stupid idiocy in Antifa today. They think that if communism takes control, then they'll be selected to run the country, and it will be a utopia. They would be the first to disappear after the jackboots arrive. Antifa has been around since the rise of Hitler, and they were the welfare kings and queens of Germany. They were devout socialists and communists. Many ended up planted under the dirt, while the others hid away, and didn't make a a show of themselves until after the allies occupied the motherland. Now, they're running their ignorant yaps again, where they must be fooled into thinking that they would have a grand life under socialism. They can't deny the hundred million deaths due to socialism, nor the proletariat poor, such as in North Korea.

If you have enough money, such as Fox, the right equipment, and the right software, you can spoof an e-mail, and make it look like it was from anybody, at any address, and at any date. This is nothing but the same group, who are trying to clean out conservatives from Fox, and they don't care to fabricate things to do it. I call BS on their unsolicited claim, too. Feminists are bad to claim something is unsolicited, when they were involved and active in it from the get go. There are many false rape charges that hits the courts, which the public never hears about, and are/were blackmail schemes.
Also, I take the propaganda spouted at Huffington Post with a grain of salt. When anyone can write an article on there, I don't consider them a real news source. There have been some real nutters who've had articles published on there.
