Russia states that stopping the DPRK, must only be done by peaceful means, but they didn't care one whit to kill thousands in Afghanistan or with Syria to stop an oil pipeline into Europe, and to support their puppet in Assad. They sure don't care about their continued support of Hamas and the PLO, or Iran's missile ambitions, either. I also find it funny, that the DPRK's missile technology, especially their transportation vehicles, looks awfully similar to those of Russia. Plus, someone gave the DPRK the knowledge to build submarines, which can launch missiles. There is no way that the US can support that, when we're still officially at war with the DPRK.
