  1. Well, the problem is, the people supposedly put that council in, and now, "legal" people need to remove them, and put people in their place of like mind. There are procedures in place to remove those who have been elected, such as mayors and councilmen, so use those procedures against them wisely. It would pay for the people to start a fund and hire an attorney, then petition for a recall and new vote. Demand voter ID.
