It will most definitely do this, as the more insurance companies pull out, and the more rates rise, and the remaining insurance companies go bankrupt, where the people will not have it. They can blame the left and the Neocons then. The best thing would have been to completely repeal it, and allow private insurance to run again, but no, the left is hell bent on destroying this nation, and making it a socialist state. Which branch of socialism do you think they follow; Communism (USSR), National Socialist (Nazi), or both? The Democratic Party has sympathizers in both branches, and they run the party.
