Here is a question to ask the US government, if they try to claim that a Russian government entity hacked into those accounts, and they give an IP address as the proof. Ask them if the IP address was that of a proxy server in Russia. If it goes to a proxy server, then the hack could have came from anyone around the globe, because a proxy is set up to hide the users original IP address. Hackers use proxy servers so they will not be caught. The only people who would not, are amateurs, and the Russian government does not use amateurs, nor any other government, especially the US intelligence agencies. Guciffer was an amateur, and he admitted to that. He obtained what he did by phishing for login info and pure guesswork, not hacking.
For an example; an Italian hacker can go through a Russian proxy, and hack a US government account. When they try to trace the hacker's IP, it will stop at the proxy server. Also, almost every country has proxy servers themselves. They are used to hide identities.
Here are the facts. Assange has stated several times that everything Wikileaks has from Hillary are leaks, not files from hacks. Former Ambassador Craig Murray states that he went to DC, where he was handed a thumb drive with those e-mails on it. He gave it to Wikileaks. It was impossible for Russia to hack the voting process.
