  1. Because Trump told them to "get out," does not mean that he was the cause of them being roughed up. It also depends on who Trump was directing that at, which would have been the police and Secret Service. This is a suit that will fall flat on it's face, and I agree with the Judge, let it go through. Anyone can bring a civil suit, but this will not make it anywhere, unless they try it in the 9th circus, or it falls under another Obama leftist lunatic judge. If it does, it will be appealed, but the problem is, these leftist lunatics are causing the taxpayer's money to be spent, and I'll bet that their attorney is a left wing lunatic from the ACLU, the SPLC, or similar.
