  1.  @peterrozowsky4218  A very good example was the Spanish, years ago, after they found all that silver in South America. They minted tons of silver coins, and, of course, inflation hit, and it collapsed their economy. It's like adding too much water to a good mug of coffee or tea, and weakening it to the point of having to throw it out.
