What I would like to know, is why the ACLU would have any say in any city, as they are a private group, and not governmental. In my opinion, the ACLU is primarily responsible for this and the terrorism in the US. They have done all they can do to tie the hands of law enforcement everywhere. It should not surprise anyone, but Aryeh Neier was hired by the ACLU in 1963, and became their executive director from 1970 to 1978. Neier is a card-carrying communist, and friends with George Soros. Neier ran Soros' Open Society Inst. after leaving the ACLU. Neir helped form the Students for a Democratic Society, a known communist front group. That is what the ACLU is, and people are blind to it. "Neier was criticized for his decision to have the ACLU support the National Socialist Party of America, a Neo-Nazi group, in its efforts to march in Skokie, Illinois, in the case National Socialist Party of America v. Village of Skokie, despite the presence in Skokie of large numbers of Jews and Holocaust survivors."

star shine; The communists within the US have been initiating plans cooked up in the 1960s, to destabilize the US, and started putting them in place under Johnson. The plan is the Cloward-Piven Strategy, and the ACLU has been in the courts to help it along. Nixon and Reagan were the only presidents to fight it until now. They went after Nixon, who was trying to expose the DNC for running prostitutes in Washington, which was what Watergate was really about, and they tried to kill Reagan. Reagan told Nixon that he left the Democrats over the party being infected with communists in 1960.

star shine; If I recall, Soros did too, since he was 13. He would lure out Jewish children in hiding. You are correct, in that he stated that he had no regrets.

That is why they wrote the Communist Control Act of 1954 the way they did, as it states "The Communist Party of the United States, or any successors of such party regardless of the assumed name." The Communist Party USA quit running candidates for president after the 1984 election, and started openly backing the Democrats. In 2016, they openly backed both Sanders and Clinton. Before, they openly backed Obama.
