After Reagan won the 1980 election, which the Communist Party USA had ran Guss Hall and Angela Davis for their ticket, they have not ran another candidate, and have backed every Democratic candidate, starting with Walter Mondale, since then. Before the 1984 election, there was a Communist Party presidential candidate going back many years. During the last elections, the CPUSA backed Bill Clinton, Obama, and in 2016, both Hillary and Sanders on their website. They've also heaped praise on Maxine Waters, Al Green, and on a few Neocons. That should ring many warning bells about the Democrats and the Neocons for everyone.
