Since it was Obama who made the promise, which is not law, maybe the government should post a self-updating webpage with Obama's current address, for the protesters to be able to find him so that they can make their complaints there? Instead of protesting in front of the Capitol Building, point them to Obama's home, or where he's staying at the moment. I'm sure that they will get along just fine when they go there to ask him about his promises. "But you said......"
