All it will take, is a country not liking what you have wrote about them or their allies, and your IP address will be cancelled, thus your website will disappear. When you pay for a website, that includes paying for an IP address (.com, .org, etc), then your website's page files are placed onto that servers drive. The server owner has a range or block of numbers with one being yours. They will not care if you paid for it, if they tell a provider to pull a website or else. It will be political censorship. The censorship that is there now, is only through the search engines, since they do not list every website, and purposely filter them. (I agree with some of the censoring such as filtering out child porn). Those that do not turn up on a search, are known as the deep web. Another form of censorship that we already have, is copyright infringement, though a lot of search engines got around that by posting the complaint letter, which has the sites listed on it.
