  2. responder57; Technically, the USSR took over the reigns of helping the jihadists at the end of WWII, but before that, it was Hitler who made the deal with Mohammed Amin al-Husseini's jihadist group and others through the middle-east. Amin al-Husseini, the father of jihad, made the deal, and Hitler armed and trained them.
