You should hear some of the lectures they've held at Harvard about "institutional corruption." It smacked of thought crimes, as well as expanding definitions to include more non-criminal actions as crimes, and other hare-brained ideas. In reality, it was about how to beat an opposing political party that had raised more campaign money than the other. They called this corruption and crime. It seemed that the female psychologists involved in the lectures and debates were the worst to push this thought, where the male psychologists were more rational. One thought was to make everything seem criminal, to change our minds, and to check our thoughts. They even admitted that they were worried that this would get out, and make matters worse.

@jalspach9215 I did find out what they mean about "institutional," which is nothing more than the collective or group as a whole. They freely admit this, thus we have institutional racism, corruption, etc. They are targeting the individual in law, much like the Soviets and Nazis did. Thus, if a few are guilty of a crime, they claim the entire race or group is also guilty. That was what led to the genocides in several socialist nations. This started with a Harvard attorney, who prosecuted a man from a boy's home for pederasty. He tried to sell the court on incriminating everyone that may have known, but didn't report it. His thought in his lectures, since 2009, is that they were all guilty. This also leads to them wanting snitches.
