  1. All we have to do, is label Kim as a terrorist, and pay China to permanently silence him. It doesn't have to be with money, but a economic agreement, etc, and not a major one at that. There have been three executive orders, starting with one by Ford (EO 11905), and ending with one by Reagan (EO 12333), which banned assassinations, but section 2.11 of 12333 has been relaxed, to take out terrorists. At that, President Trump can repeal section 2.11 with the stroke of a pen if need be.
