What people do not understand is, that it was Bill Clinton, who changed the way that the unemployed was counted. He had it arranged that once you quit drawing unemployment, you were no longer counted, even if you were still unemployed. The unemployment numbers are hugely off over it. It is a fact, that a business will not expand to a state that has higher taxes than others. Now, they have left the US over it. China manipulates their currency, and that is why business goes there, because of the very cheap labor and tax deals they cut. If they are made to uphold trade agreements that they signed, corporations would not be so willing to go there.
