  1. This is the same Maxine Waters, who threatened the president of Shell Oil, with nationalizing his oil company, back in 2009. Quite the socialistic and communistic thing to do. Then, according to Peter Schweizer, the author of Clinton Cash, Waters approached the oil companies at the end of the hearing, and ran a shakedown on them, telling them that if they would donate to her campaign, or run a fundraiser, then she might try to look at things a different way. Who would believe this woman?
