  1. However, it shows their willingness to associate with, and buy from the underground black market, where others wouldn't. That is a crime in itself. These are the people who see the law as bendable, when need be. There are also those with an addictive personality, much like an alcoholic or junkie, and they will do anything to keep their drug of choice flowing to them, including larceny and assault. Some people's minds are so messed up with depression, or other disorders, that they require weed to keep down their suffering. That includes an addictive personality disorder on top of it. When physicians called weed a stepping-stone drug, they weren't wrong, as some start with it or alcohol, and when it comes to the point that neither help them anymore, they graduate to something stronger. It's a downward spiral in the mentally ill.
