  1. They would use money laundering, using fake businesses in the Caribbean. It happens now, and all a country or business, who has been declared an enemy of the state, would have to do, is to send their money to a Caribbean front company, and that front company would "donate" to the foundation. There are numerous ways for them to accept those funds, and they will continue to accept them.
