Here is fact. If they are appointed to an office, and they sign a contract stating that they can not accept a lobbyist position until five years after leaving said job, then yes, it can be enforced by law. That is a signed contract, backed by contractual law. There are contracts such as this signed by employees at many large businesses, stating that they will not go to work for a competitor until an amount of time has elapsed after their leaving the employer, and they have been held as valid in court.
If Obama's children were working in his cabinet, then they have to have clearance, and as long as no law is violated, as Hillary did with pay to play, then there is no problem. Hale is another leftist who is trying to stir trouble for the President and his family, who would be working in his administration. Hale fails to mention that the entire Kennedy family, whom were all Democrats, had access to classified information. He's another Marxist-leftist hypocrite.
