One can about tell how the ruling of the appeals court will turn out, after Judge Friedland kept whining over how she thought they should take news reports into account about things Trump stated before he was elected, or from what Giuliani stated, which have no bearing on the case. She actually asked why they should not. If it is not within the four corners of the legal instrument, that of the executive order itself, then it has no bearing on what the order means. Also, there is the states claim that they were harmed. How? People, maybe; companies maybe; but the state, eh, I doubt it. I still figure that they will uphold the lower court just over what two of the Judges stated.
