  1. Bwahahahaha! What do you think a Democrat is? They have always been socialists! Socialism started in Germany and France, and their ideas came here with people like Lafayette. Jefferson and Franklin were socialists, as were Thomas Paine and Gov. DeWitt Clinton. That is why there was finally a split after 1800, and the Republicans broke away. The two extremes of socialism exist still today, in the Democratic Party, the Communists and National Socialists, with the Fabians in the middle. Early socialism is the foundation of all three. Socialism started with the Jesuit universities, and their revolutionary ideology started in Ingolstadt Germany with Weishaupt, which spread into France. Robespierre is a very good example. This very ideology and this same group of people leads to Marx and Engels. Thomas Jefferson wrote that Weishaupt had some good ideas! Radical socialist terrorism in the US started with John Brown. Andrew Carnegie was booted out of Britain over his socialism, and the sorry sot ended up here. The Carnegie Foundation funds socialism everywhere to this day.
