Theft, fraud, blackmail, influence operations, bribery, insider trading, loan sharking/predatory lending, protection rackets, thuggery, narcotics, and money laundering, all from the top CCP officials. If one takes politics and government out of it, one could say that this sounds like a mafia operation.
