  1. The president's attorney caught Comey in the lie, about his reason to leak the so-called memos. Comey claimed that he leaked the memos after Trump tweeted about having tapes. However, the New York Times was writing about the contents of the memos the day before the tweet. That is perjury, plain and simple. Plus, it was stated, that one of the memos was classified, which is another violation. Did you wonder why Comey's crony from Columbia University did a runner? That is why. These leaks were not about what Comey claimed, trying to blame Trump, but were about Comey being in the lefts pocket, and I'll bet he was working with Al Green et al. Comey was just not smart enough to not be caught in the lie.
