The ODNI director, James Clapper, who is at the very top, along with the FBI, states that the CIA is full of BS. One has to remember that the CIA is a civilian ran agency, not government, which should tell you enough. The MSM's CIA expert, Robert Baer, hasn't worked for the CIA in 19 years, and has been at Time magazine. Expert?
The Judge got hacking a little incorrect. Hacking is the process of gaining access into a secure system. A hacker can download files from the system they are on. However, Assange has stated several times, that the e-mails were leaked internally, not hacked. To prove hacking, they would have to show an IP address that gained access, which goes back through a trail, or hops, to a Russian agency or agent, and show that they downloaded all of those files. Clapper stated in October, that hackers could not affect the vote count.
