The President needs to order the US Attorney General to bring charges against Inslee for aiding and abetting a criminal(s). If any person is here illegally, (not a US citizen without a visa), and someone aides them in their escape, knows they're an illegal and fails to report them, or hides them from the federal government, then they have broken the law. By ordering law enforcement to not report them, the governor is aiding and abetting criminals, as are the police who do not report them. Make an example out of Inslee, as he's not above the law. Prosecute him and make it stick.
