  1. I read the so-called DHS report, and it did not contain one drop of evidence. It might fool someone, such as Obama or Hillary, who are totally inept and ignorant about the internet, but any of the public who understands how the internet works, will quickly see that the report is pure manure. The DHS even put a disclaimer at the top of the first page, stating that the "Department of Homeland Security (DHS) does not provide any warranties of any kind regarding any information contained within." Yes, they think that you, John Q Public, are that stupid. They show how phishing, not hacking, was done, against morons in the DNC, who were clicking on e-mail links, which only imbeciles do, and they give a list of hacker's online monikers, but no evidence that they were from the RIS. There are no traceroutes, showing an IP address ending at the Kremlin. Without showing the IP address hops, there is no evidence.
