  1. Art represents the artist's ideology and the sociopolitical climate of that time. Thus, these turds are the best representation of the artist and the socialist postmodernists in Europe. The Dutch know that they are now the equivalent of feces, so what better way to show it than through art? This exhibit reminds me of some exhibits in the US, where the socialist artists have shown such items as garbage, which represents the left very well. They want people to know that they are beneath a civilized and moral society.
