  1. Who was the 2nd Oswald at Mexico City? An FBI agent sent to snoop, unknown to the CIA? The CIA never found out. If the CIA had "pounced," it would have blown the Cuba and Guatemala operations, and what they were doing in Mexico City. After all, that was what was being hidden by the Warren Commission. The documents have also shown that the CIA didn't agree with what the Warren Commission was planning on doing or stating, and that they kept JFK's investigation ongoing after the commission made its findings. The CIA still believed that there could have been more to the case than a lone gunman, which is what the later 1979 committee also found; a conspiracy with unknown actors. All of this came out in the last dump.
