I agree on keeping Bolton out, as no warhawk or neo-con from the Bush administration should be appointed. On Giuliani, I would have to listen in on his appointment hearing, to see what he states that he would do. I could see him in more of a role in the Justice system. Rand Paul is correct about the tax being dropped, all around. In Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania it would help a lot. Then get coal and steel back to working again. That will take turning the EPA on its head, thank God.
