If a state starts interfering with commerce, especially interstate, and they're interfering with federal contractors at that, then they will find themselves on the shitty end of the stick with the federal government. This sounds like profiling to me, and it's just as bad as the left's claims about racial profiling. It looks like Brown and the CA. legislature think themselves to be a communist government, while still a part of the US. That is with Brown taking the place of Stalin, and the state using the same tactics. Look at what he has allowed: stifling freedom of speech, and taking the right of gun ownership away from citizens, so they can't protect themselves. Worse, is the total debt that California has accumulated under him, which they lie about!
