Actually, I'm not sure if that law is valid when he is not preaching to the laity within his church itself, as that would be denying his first amendment rights to speak freely outside of church. It would have to be taken to court. Of course, the left would most likely try to use that IRS law against him anyhow. It is a law that needs to be repealed, since it flies in the face of the first amendment itself, where congress shall make no law against religion.

Mae Walker The church has to be declared tax exempt, and the pastor supposedly has to now pass muster (have a theological diploma) to receive the exemption now. However, that flies in the face of the first amendment itself. You can run a church without applying for the exemption, but the churches coffers will be taxed. The pastor is taxed either way, as it just protects the church organization, but the law is really unconstitutional.
