  1. Big hint: If you tell your physician to give it to you straight and hold nothing back about anything they find, then they will, and you will not need to do this. Also, the physician will explain it better to you than you reading an incorrect diagnosis over Googling symptoms. Your physician can run tests where Google cannot. Another piece of advice, find an older physician, and one who worked emergency medicine is a huge plus. If your physician merely comes into your exam room for five minutes, or less, and leaves, find another physician. A good physician will examine you, and stay to explain things to you regardless of time.
