That organization is a disarmament activist group called the Council for a Livable World, which was founded by a Hungarian that the FBI stated was a Soviet plant, and they were also tied to Al Gore Sr. and Armand Hammer. This same group wishes to disarm the US of all nuclear weapons, including not rebuilding our old stockpile. Without these, China and Russia would take over.
