  1. Oh no, the blasphemy! The left will die of the vapors over this video! You're talking about MERIT based pay, which Karl Marx, the quintessential leftist, despised with every fiber of his being, to the point of lying about it being the Jews and Christians fault, and calling them snakes. Yes, to the left, merit means inequality, as to them, that is not all inclusive, and it isn't equity. You see, the left thinks that everyone should receive the same pay, irregardless if they're as dumb as a rock, have no skill, or that they're just too lazy to reach down and scratch their own toes. Marx thought that merit was the scourge of religion, and he stated that in order for the Jews and Christians to succeed, then they must become atheists, and act just like him. You see, his father, an attorney, pretty much disowned him, he was lazy, a drunk, an irreligious libertine, on the run a lot, lived in squalor, and had way more children than he could afford. He wanted us to become like him! Oh, the horror of merit (not)! The left does not understand, that when the minimum wage is raised, it increases inflation, just as sure as putting more money into the system does, by the Fed, and the Fed has to put more money in, over the raise. It takes about a year, after a minimum wage raise, but the price of everything, especially the essentials, go up. Food, rent, house and automobile payments, interest, gasoline, utilities, they all start creeping up, within the first year, and after a few years, that raise is no longer there, and you're right back to where you started, but now, everything is inflated, and the dollar is now worth much less. They also don't understand, especially the service industry, that they'll shutter the businesses that employ them, or many will lose their jobs, because the business can't afford to pay them, and keep their doors open. It's either that, or you start selling $15.00 hamburgers, which nobody will buy. Now, if they ever bring in true socialism/communism, they'll receive only a pittance, have no capital, be barely able to feed themselves, live in the squalor where the government puts them, and the government will control all the jobs. They'll lose private ownership of land. The only ones who have any money, will be those employed by the government, especially those in the clique of the one running the country, while the proletariat starves. It happens every time. That's what the left fails to tell everyone about their socialistic system.
